After a ten-year stint in public affairs for national charities, Claire Coughlan cut her design teeth with the opening of her Spitalfields homeware and furniture store, 'Piquant'. Using a fresh mix of modern and mid-century pieces sourced in London and Paris, she honed her skill at creating homes with depth and soul.

With a demand for interior commissions she pursued her formal training in Chelsea and thrived. Having absorbed the creative energy and buzz from East to West London, Claire is adept at putting innovative design into practice. She is a great listener and uses her voracious appetite for style to build schemes uniquely for you.
